Many were shown as saviours,as heroes and as losers?
But were they really of that stature or have we studied something bogus?
What do you think about the authencity of the history lessons you learnt in your school life?

Well, you know what they say: 'history is written by the winners'. The winners write history and they portray themselves as heroes. But there are plenty of documents from the losing sides. They aren't taught in most schools - not until you get into college. It's fascinating comparing opposing accounts of historical incedents. The most important and authentic documents tend to be personal journals and accounts written by observers.

Well thinkng only of the history in the school which i made with my teacher i'm pretty sure that there is not presented only the 'real' facts of history. If you want more information you've got to study for yourself
