Changing the skin

Hi, I've been surfing the web for new skins for blogger.com but after downloading, it doesn't seem to work. Anyone able to tell me how do I apply the downloaded skin/template to my current blog? I use blogger.com. Thanks. Any cool sites to share? The current templates at blogger.com is kinda boring.

just copy/paste the html code from the new template into your template. i recommend some skins to you : www.blogskins.com www.pannasmontata-template.com www.isnaini.com there are a lot skins for your blog! good luck!
