I just sit back and relax. Sing some songs appropriate to my mood. Eat something if I am hungry. If bored, watch a movie, surf the Internet or read a book.

Strange as it may sound but sometimes its harder than others, depends I think on stress levels or general level of comfort. So I guess what I'm saying is sometimes its just sitting quietly to let the mind relax, other times I nedd to distract the mind so vege out infront of the idiot box(tv), sometimes I need stinulation to relax so I jump on the net. Tonight I'm agitated so I won't be on for long, glass of white and I'll be right.

lets first understand the right definition of relax..
To make lax or loose: relax one's grip.
To make less severe or strict: relax a curfew.
To reduce in intensity; slacken: relax one's efforts.
To relieve from tension or strain: The warm bath relaxed me.
To take one's ease; rest.
To become lax or loose.
To become less severe or strict.
To become less restrained or tense.
