my friend was duped by an indian canadian citizen

recently my friend got married to an indian canadian citizen, he left for canada after 15 days of getting married and now there is no news of him,she somehow tracked him down and asked him what was the meaning of him not keeping in touch etc,he just said that he thought that they were not compaitable and now wanted a divorce,my friend is shattered,does not know what to do.without giving a single hint he just went back to canada and now even refuses to come back even for a divorce...can anybody suggest what to do?we have even come to know now that he was already married there in canada.
