My friend and his narrow minded GF......need help!

There is this friend of mine since 4years and his GF does not allow him to smoke...he is a chain smoker by the way and she has no clue...but he does not tell her about this dont know why...also he cannot have chicken infront of her but thank god she knows it...she has put so many baseless restrictions on him and he has like just given it all up..I dont understand How can someone be so fussy...I am planning to tell her and soet it out..How and What should I do or ask my friend to do??
