will you give money to the begger? / myLot

sometimes .when i go to street .would see some begger who is sitting on the street .and ask for some money.but i dont want to give money to them .because i know somebody control them .the begger can really get the money from me .so i dont know how to help them

I've given money to a begger one time. He pretty much earned it because he was standing out in 30 degree weather with a pretty stiff wind in light rain. It was only $5.
