Best punishment fit for a rapist

If you were a judge and the case goes like this..... A girl of age 18 yrs was raped and killed...the girls body has wounds and bruises of struggle....the parents of the girl plead for a death sentence,for the rapist...but the rapist pleads saying he has a wife and two kids to support him what would your judgement be....

Castrate him so he won't repeat the same thing since he has a wife & kids.Plus a jail imprisonment of few years.

life in a maximum security prison along with other notorious rapists so hopefully they feel what it feels like, OH and daily electro shock therapy OH and castration

maybe to go to prison and be gang raped by a bunch of other rapest. That is still not enough.
