Will Noida become new IT Capital of India ?

Friend i think that NOIDA which is near to Delhi will become the new IT capital of INdia with in 4 or 5 years. I have reasons 1 Traffic in Noida is too smooth. 2 There are three airports near to Noida. 3 They are giving the land to IT firm quickly. 4 Electricity supply in Noida is good. 5 There are many res. areas are develop in Noida. 6 Govt. willing to develop Noida as IT Hub. 7 So many eng. colleges are there in Noida. That why i yhink thaat it will become the IT capital of India. What do you think ? Please tell me Shrish
