can u justify nuclear testing done by n.korea?

only nuclear testing is acceptable,it stands for the strength of the state,but now some countrys try to provoke,it is never permissive.we all love peace.

It depends on the purpose of the testing. I do not believe Nuclear testing for the form of weapons is ever justifiable, I do believe Nuclear Testing for Energy faciliities and power plants and new technology that can be used to make the world more fuel efficience is fine. - DNatureofDTrain
