breast cancer awareness

my life has recently been touched by cancer, breast cancer to be specific. my sister who is only 26 was diagnosed this summer with it and is currently undergoing chemotherapy following a lumpectomy. most of the time im managing to keep it together for her, though im finding it really hard. i was living in london when she was diagnosed but about 2months ago moved back home to my parents house in yorkshire so that i could be with her, so im trying to deal with the upheaval of a big move like that along with all this other stuff!! im also worried because my sister is so young its more likely that i will get it at some point in my life. i just wantt o hear from people who can give me some advice on how to deal with this, maybe from your own experiences. is counselling a good idea?? id be grateful to hear from anyone with a view on it, thanks xxxx
