DOG is better then a cat bcoz is following rules and regulation but cat is not perfect to front of dog

You can train a cat as well. I know people whose cats are better trained than my dog.
Though I would always prefer a dog, so much more friendly than a cat and absolutely delighted when I get home :P My cat generally is quite indifferent unless its feeding time :P
