it mainly depends on what grounds u accepted her as ur girlfriend.if u liked her looks, her face, her smile and other physical features then u may dump her after this incident as u r not actually loving her but her beauty.once that beauty gets lost u start loosing interest in her.finally u feel that she is a burden to you.
but there are many others who like someone for their character and good deeds.in that case u will never leave her for u will realize the truth that she needs u then more than any other part of her life.

She'll need even more acceptance now that her face is disfigured. How can anyone leave her at such a time? If you have really loved her, then you will love her no matter what.

once commited i dont leave her..i dont encourage breakups..
i dont give 100% to physical beauty..what matters it the relationship we share..
if our relationship is strong then i would support her and if our relationship is weak then i would leave it to her to decide the future of our relationship..
i dont leave her if her face is burnt coz the science is so developed tat we can make her look good with platic surgery

i feel the question should have been lover instead of gf...neways..i would never...and i'm not just saying this..i imagined for a sec..(god forbid)..if something like that happened..i realised i loved her way too much to ditch her for something she had to suffer so much for....

no way... true love comes from heart and not from physical appearances....

Absolutely not. She is still the same person you fell in love with. Anyway..with today's technology and breakthroughs, they can fix things like that. You should both try and find out all the options for her case from your doctor. There may be an operation she can have to correct it, or at least help it. Look into creams...etc too. Would you want someone to leave you if you were in an accident? She probably needs your support more than ever now. I am sure things will get better.

That would be selfish and rude and whacked. A man that would leave his girl for that is a loser. Simply put.

If you love her I don't see how that would matter. If you are so centered on the physical beauty of her, she deserves better than you. She needs someone who can love her and take care of her, not lust after her.

I wouldn't leave her. There's plastic surgery to fix how she looks. You can change your appearance, but not yourself. She's gonna be the same as before, just looking different.

I'll speak of my husband in this hypothetical situation. No, I'd never leave him because of his appearance. That is the least of what I love about him. I love his sense of humor, his kindness, his integrity, and much more. To "love " someone only because of their appearance is to not really love that person at all, just an illusion that will pass with time.

No I will never leave. It is against mankind. What would you do if son/daughter has gone through this kind of horrible experience. Will you leave them?
