is uniform necessary in schools and colleges?

i think it is absolutely necessary. it reflects discipline and equality among students

yes it is must in schools...but in colleges one should be free for wearing casual cloths

Better in uniform than to be civilian suit. So many reasons like you can save multiple change of common dresses everday. Less dresses, less laundry. Many in uniform students afterschool went to hotel or motel which is very graceless to see. Lack of etiquitte. But this is should not be tolerated. Shame for this kind of students.

yah , i quite agree with you, it prevents rich stud from showing their money & making a harmony between ,students from all communities and all religions of socity.

but persons fortunatly aren't all equal and so i don't think it's necessary

uniform makes all students equal whether rich or poor. it also instils a sense of discipline and loyality to the institution.

yes..i do think the same... it gives teh student a particulr identity.
