“I’m too old to change”, “Some people never change”. We’ve all heard them before, right? Just how true are those statements?

They can.... im living proof, the person that needs to change, has to realise that they need to, and then has to be willing to take the steps, to start their own processes to changing.....that is the only way it happens..... In 10 years i have gone from being a highschool dropout overweight loser with no future prospects, who also couldnt drive, and had no permanent relationships/friendships........ to an university educated nursing sister, that is well on her way to health, and have been working as a community nurse for 5 years....i now have a license, have great friends i wouldnt be without and am married to a lovely man........ Beleive me, change comes from within.....you just have to want to do it.....

You are never too old to learn nor to change. Some people will never change might be true if you expect them too ..Those people have to be willing to start the change within themselves and some are just not willing to do that

sure they can,it depends on how flexible you are,how much you need to change and why..for good or bad reasons, how strong your spiritual power..we are all dynamic objects, nothing static in this world.....there is no absolute.....

We never want to change until we knew that we must change. Nobody never change. We are changing to the good side or to the bad side..

People can always change but as we get older, the more established certain patterns in our lives become, so I think it is natural to assume change becomes more difficult the longer the set pattern/behavior has existed

... no one ever changes unless they wish to change because they dont like some aspect of their character ... the most correct saying would be that "most people never change" because they are comfortable with who they are.
