IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE A OWN HOUSE IN THESE DAYS

I think so, for me yeah, as much as possible get a house than to rent an apartment or condos. Trust me, from my experience, my family, me, parents, 2 bros, bought a house, never been to apartment and never been to a condominium. Now the house we bought for half a million can be sold to $600,000 in less than 2 years. So yeah, we can buy another house and then make more moeny out of it, instead of renting apartments... you can't get more out of it becuase your income will go to the rent so you need to work hard to get more income for finacial needs.

I think it would be great to own a house but I will probably rent my whole life and don`t have any problems with that.

As long as I own the place, I dont care if it apartment, condo, house, etc etc. Rent prices are high these days and I rather pay a lot for the place that is mine than paying for a place that belong to someone. Me and my husband bought house from his mom and we are making payment on it but I know it ours so I dont mind paying every months.

yea surely. the tying is now a days the rent is very high . the best thing is ti have a house as our own.

Owning a house means having a great deal of independence. If you have your own home you will be well respected in the society. Also we can live without depending on others mercy.
