Hey guyz please tell what is the need of marking best response....
if it will benefit the person on whom i have marked the response

Yes i think it will benifit the recipient of your rating. I think it will not directly raise your earnings. I dont know exactl how it works cause they are not disclosing the information clearly to the members. Maybe you can try and give the best response rating? hehhehe
