...find a mate at these days? I really don't like going to bars or night clubs and everyone is telling me that I should go find some friends since I'm such a loner but sheesh I have no idea where to even go. I don't have anything but public transportation available either. I'm truly lost:( Any suggestions?

I have no clue where to look. My mom keeps saying I should go out there and find someone.. Yeah right, like its that easy LOL
I even paid for dating sites.. This one site true.com gave me 1 month free, so I emailed people I found interesting, and no response.. I soon got some people winking at me, so I went ahead and replied to those winks with emails and those same people replied to me saying thanks but I got my eye on other matches right now.. Why bother winking at me then.. LOL So, even dating sites dont work.. What a waste of time and money. lol
