Fruitcake!

Who likes fruitcake at Christmas time? My mother seems to think its one of those "must have" things, but not even she eats it. Do you cook your own or buy one?

That's wierd! So she buys it and then it just sits there until it is thrown out? LOL. I have never actually had fruit cake, so I don't actually know if I like it or not. But, I don't think it would taste very good, because I have always heard that it is nasty. Plus you always hear those jokes about people giving those for Christmas and stuff. So, I guess your mother is a living joke, huh?

Not fruitcake but nut cake take out all the fruit and put in pecans yummy.I will cook my own

I cannot eat that rubberery yukky stuff! I know of people who keep it for years because they say it stays fresh forever.
