What do you think of them? Some people say it is like a cult, but I disagree. Some people say they feel sorry for the children, but I admire them and love the old fashioned values they are teaching the children. I wish I could have had a large family like them.

I have watched there show and i love the house they built. I would love to have a huge family like that. I feel if she can do it more power to her and him. They have such a good life and there kids are so nice looking. If they wish i to keep having kids thats on them. I dont think its a cult. If you noticed and i said something to my son. Where was the TV's and the stereo's and computers in there house. Oh and i am so jealous of there kitchen. I want that kitchen.

I'm not understanding why people would consider this a cult. They're just a big happy family from what I see. There's really not enough information on their site to judge though. Maybe there's something there that I don't know.

People think that because they are very religious and homeschool the children. I think they are just a very loving family and that what they are doing is something more people should do. Raise our OWN children. I know not everyone can, but look at our country...kids are killing other kids....its horrible. I think the Duggars are acheiving what some can not and it is great the way they are living.

I think that they are doing a good job. I personally wouldn't want that many kids, but their kids are learning values and they aren't in debt so they aren't putting a burden on anyone else.

Yes I agree. I do not think I could do it with THAT many kids, but it would be awesome to have a large family. That woman is a trooper for sure.

I believe that the Dugger family is a great inspiration to others. I can't imagine why any woman would want that many children though.
I also think that the kids are being raised in a vey Christian environment and that is a good way to raise the children. I appreciate the family sharing their lives with us as they surely knew that people would not agree with their lifestyle and that some people would say awful things about them.

I watch their television series each week, and I can definitely say that you can learn some stuff from this family, even if you don't have a big one.
Although, I do have to admit it seems like the clothing for the kids have relaxed some. If you've watched the original documentaries that were put out before the series started, it almost looked like they were always dressed in similar clothes you'd wear to go to church in. Now, while they still wear similar types of clothing, it's more of a casual aspect. Unless the kids were dressed up for the documentaries, and when they found out there was going to be a series, they just figured on going normal on the clothes.
