Which indian bank issues a Paypal accepted credit card?

Can any indian here help me about that matter? Have anyone of you successfully verified yourself? If yes, then how? Please tell me.

any visa or mastercard will do.
all u need to do is go to the paypal homepage and register.then key in your credit card details and your correct billing address.to verify they will charge a small amount to your card (for me it was 1.50usd) and send you a 4 digit code.this code comes up in your billing statement.once u have ur bill,log on to the paypal website,key in this code and your account is verified.that small amount of 1.50 or whatever will also be refunded back to you.
i am currently using paypal with my icici bank visa and my hdfc bank gold mastercard.

if we don't have a credit card then can we verify then also or credit card is the only option

buehauhahe.i agree.
anyway,if ure a student then im sorry there really is no way to get a credit card.unless you get a supplementary card from papa or mama bear.as for asking your father for his number,i wouldnt advise it cos its not your card.
and these days if u have a job its easy to get a cc,you can just ring icici bank or visit thier website and provide them with your contact details and immediately they'll send some hungry agent down to get you to sign for a card with them.you might wanna try that raj.they're giving away cards like nobody's business.

No indian bank accepts credit card issued by paypal and i don't understand why you need a paypal credit card. YOu just withdraw your money by a cheque.

thax for the info but banks dont issue credit cards to students specially who r studying and have no income sources, my dad does have but he ll not give me his number cause many a times its risky. so wat solution do i have, how shud i get a credit card????

Thanks notguilty for such a useful information, (Best response), i am working in a private transport company and owner is my Mamaji :) we dont issue payment slip here. But i hope i will be granted credit card based on my Tax return last year. Lets see what happens next

please keep in mind that anybody can open a paypal account.but for residents of india,to make withdrawals from your paypal account you need to have a credit card.any international credit card will do.
and the rules vary from country to country.residents of western nations such as USA and UK are allowed to attach thier savings account to thier paypal,allowing them to move funds freely and ommiting the need for any credit card.
it would have been equally convenient for us asians if not for the patriot act that was passed in the US which denies any funds leaving the states without being tightly scrutinized.
countries like india can only make withdrawals by check.muslim countries like malaysia are not even allowed that option.that means they are not allowed to make any withdrawals whatsoever from paypal.
i dont believe its so difficult to get a credit card in india.all you need is a job and a payslip.once u get your card u can use it to verify your paypal and chuck the card (if you're afraid u'll max it)

gr8 u had put up this issue, the information of paypal account says there's no need for us to put up our credit card or debit card no. and when we signup for paypal account it asks to addup credit or debit card for verification, that i dont wish to do, so can someone let me know how to add just the bank account number.

I also ve the same problem. I m not havin a credit card only a debit card. Then wat shall i do?? How will i be payed??
