i would say Dubai
lovely blue seas and white sands
palm trees
luxury hotels
beautiful swimming pools and privet beaches
lovely restaurant
lovely walk ways
it is just beautiful

I think Nice in France is the absolute best place to honeymoon. Paris is nice too, but it's dirtier. Nice is more relaxing, the scenery is gorgeous and the people are amazingly friendly.
