There is no doubt that the politics hands in all sports is the root cause of all the decline in Indian sports. If you see you have Sharad Pawar as head, and likewise in Olympics committee you have Suresh Kalmadi as the head and similarly almost all the sports heads are politicians and they have done nothing but ruining the indian sports. Hence I feel they all should be kicked out of their postings and let the players themselves start heading it. This will make a lot of difference in the India sports for sure.

the reason for our failure in the games is that the players dont get proper guidance from their coaches right from primary level.To have quality we need 2 change our whole system of selection .the roots of any games r always the youngsetrs so we need 2 concentrate on them. With the good facilities available locally and having good scouts in whole nation we will have quality in front
