What is better for health, to balance organic & processed foods into a total diet or go straight organic? What are the Pro's & Cons of each choice?

organic food is more expensive, but in the long run, its worth it. generally, i can eat tons of junk food, and it leaves me feeling hungry after a couple hours. but naturally grown and prepared foods seem to fill me up faster and for longer, so in the long run, i am not eating as much, or buying as much food.

I personally try to use as much organic food as possible. I worry about all of the artifical things people consume and I believe them to be more deadly than we think. I personally feel better if I don't consume processed food or very little processed foods. I Can feel the difference in my body if I don't eat processed food then start consuming it again. The only really bad thing is that organics cost more money.
