I have been using Paypal for two years now and have not had any issues with them. All my Paypal transactions have been positive.

Yes i use paypal to send money to my relatives....
and to withdraw money ....
from it...
my dear fellow mylot pays by paypal....
so paypal is the one i opted for
......
