Here's the thing: I moved into a house 4 months before. Its a 4 year old house. The inspection report said that theer was acrak in the basement. When I asked the inspection person , he said it may not leak. My agent also didnt guide us much. The seller did not disclose that it would leak. No we had the first rain and I found that water just poured through the crak. I also found another hole in the celeing which was painted and hidden. I have asked the crak team for the estimate they said it would cost me 2k. Can anyone advice me what are th emeasures that can be take?
