Naruto vs Dragon Ball

I used to think that the best thing that happened to anime was Dragon Ball... until... the guy with a demon trapped inside of him made it to mainstream TV... Naruto was, in a word, awesome. In the words of someone I know, "Naruto is an anime that has put much emphasis in explaining how those incredible things that the characters can do. Thus, you end up, thinking maybe, maybe it's possible afterall."
The characters and the plot is just becoming richer and richer. But in doing so, they're not becoming more rediculous as with the other animes. :D But then agai, it's just my HIMO.

hahahah...we all need to buy a dvd collection..but we must find a good one...i was able to get my hands on 2 book collection thats a compiled 1-200 something ...but some have really bad subtitles...:) but thats fine hehehe.

yeah. basically i love dragon ball before, but the story becomes quite messed up, dying of characters bringing back to life, dying again, bringing back again, going to the future..ahh!!! quite a story,but then naruto is quite awesome series to keep in touch with

I couldn't agree more with ya, every word! NARUTO is the best thing ever happened in the ANIME world! I hope in years from now when naruto's over, i could still remember that prankster kid who is bad at giving up in achieving his dream, and apply that to my real life. ;)

Wow Dragonball being the best thing that happend to anime, wow.
Anyways, Naruto tops DB/DBZ/ETC. Naruto ninja stuff is hella cool, and you never have a match where 1 minute in DBZ time translates into a 30 minute episode. Yes, that actually did happen in the buu series. Riddiculous it was!

i think i would go for naruto...its more believable than dragon ball :) .....so yup i prefer to watch naruto but for me naruto is only next to astroboy :) ...

yes, Naruto is one of the best!
but we cannot compare DB and Naruto because it might displease Mr. Kishimoto. I've read from some article that he really looked up to Akira Toriyama and his DB creation, and that inspired him to work on his own manga, Naruto. great, isn't it?
Dragon Ball is such a classic. I also love watching it. =D
