Do you travel to visit family during the Christmas holidays? Does family come to you? Are you torn between spending time with your parents/grandparents/extended family versus having Christmas at your home? How do you deal with it?

We live 16 hours away from our family so we do not travel during Christmas. Also, we have an annual family reunion over Thanksgiving so see everyone at that time. I like being able to have a quiet, relaxing Christmas at home enjoying a big turkey dinner and watching Christmas specials on tv.
Before the families got large and everyone had children, we had to eat lunch at one home and dinner at another. It was rush here, rush there...eat here, eat there. I am so glad that is behind us!
