In the world day by day companies are incresing even though why the unemployment takes place.

Vinoth I think that unemployment is not problem because of scares companies, it is problem of lack of communication and to find right person for right job at right place.

day by day companies are incresing as well as population also increase twise .... so due to population growth still unemployment take place friend....

Its the demand and supply ratio, how many new companis get open every year and how many persons pass out each year, the ratio is almost inevitable and gap is increasing over and over

i have an example, i dont know if its common but it happened to me. one unemployed person asked me for change, and i said i suggest u should go to work. and she just made some ignorance sound, and went to ask for money another person. i think that main reason for this is laziness of poor people.
