Does myLot answer messages?

I've sent them 2 messages now, about problems I've had using the site, and the first one's been up for some days without a response. I never got a response to a message about login problems I had, either, though I randomly found them resolved one day when I decided to poke around the site again. I realize they're busy, but they need some sort of customer support. Do they ever reply to you? -'Dee

They do but it takes a couple of days till they get back to you. But by then either the problem is fixed or you forgot what it was.

Yes, Mylot answer my messages but not all. I have one messages get replied over 2 weeks. maybe they very busy so they can't response your messages in time.

i got reply from them.it was regarding my payment and i sent mail through mylot by typing username mylot.they responded on the very next day about that.
