Old Time Wrestling(BRING IT BACK)

I'm getting fed up with how pro wrestling is today. WWE is the superpromotion of the World(for every nation). Remember back in the day when fans(depending on what city or state they live in), they tuned in to local Pro Wrestling on TV or go to the nearby venues(TV studio or basketball arena) to see their favorite superstars everyweek. Man I wish those days would come back. What Vince McMahon should do is let each WWE brand control a region, like Raw can have shows only in the East, and Smackdown do their shows in the West. and hopefully I would see TNA have shows only in the southern US. Dont you think? because some wrestlers like Kurt Angle couldnt stand the travel while in the WWE. which is why he moved to TNA, beause of less travel from one arena to another

I used to love the old-fashioned WWF and the collection of wrestlers they had! They used to do shows in a local shrine in our area. They place barely held 2,000 people, but they still did it. I liked the Iron Sheek, Andre the Giant, George the Animal Steel, Superfly Jimmy Snuka, and Hulk Hogan (the orignal yellow and red). It's all about the money today and who can do the most acrobatics. It's now a male based soap opera.

it was about money all the way,but things have changed now
bounty's and all its ridiculous
i agree old style was good
i remember there was no DQ on interfearence and all ,loved it

I understand what you are saying and I totally agree..but I just wish there was a little more focus on the sport on (Raw, Smackdown, etc) and less focus on making it like a soap opera for guys..these guys are incredible athletes, but its been coming off like a soap opera with lots of violence the past 10 years..I remember once there was a "plot" where Melina was saying Batista sexually harrassed her..what the heck did that have to do with wrestling??
