legal separation

I was aressted for possession of methamphetamine.{felony} My wife is worried about DEFACS taking our daughter.Will legal separation prevent this ?

seriously doubt it since you are doing it after the offense. They will see you are doing it just for convenience and may not believe the separation is anything but an attempt to scam the system, sorry.

No,I don't think so.I think the legal can't prevent this.
