Were You Ever Unfairly Fired From A Job?

A couple of months ago, I was fired from a large company because I sent an email to upper management. The email documented situations where middle management was discriminating against co-workers. Three days after I sent the email, I was fired. They said that "things just aren't working out." I had an excellent work history and had won numerous awards for productivity. None of that mattered; they seemed to just want to cover things up. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
