Is coffee bad for your health?

I am working night shift and I am drinking 2 cups a night, is it bad for your health?

I don't think drinking two cups of coffee is bad for your health. but don't drink more as you may get addicted to it, and then it can get bad but only if it is in excess. since you are working in night shift, take proper sleep in day, eat proper diet, and exercise.

i love coffee, espacially ..black esspresso. i drink more than 5 cup per day. i don't know whater is bad?...

I'm not a doctor, but I haven't heard anything overly fatal about drinkig coffee. Now, my dad has heart problems and the amount of caffeine in coffee can be really bad for his heart. In that case he has to stick to decaf. The only other bad effect is the staining it leaves on teeth. Routin brushing everyday takes care of that. So I say.. "Drink up!" :-)
