How to count real time traffic uses in Internet

Can any body help me !
I have BSNL dataOne Braodband connection, I have 4 computers with me and all are in LAN. Now I want to know the real bytes downloaded or uploaded from Internet at the same time when it is running and it should display all data usage from all the machine.
Please I desparately needed it.

tools like dumeter and bandwidth meter are available that helps u know about the real time data transfer occuring.
