How to impress your interviewer ?

Any process of selection, whether to an academic course or to a job, invariably involves one or more rounds of interviews. At the heart of these interviews are question-and-answer sessions designed to evaluate your potential and judge your capability for the role you are expected to assume. How Can You impress your interviewer ??

I just completed an interview where I answered every question with ease and feel I impressed her with my knowledge and honesty. When she told me that I would have to perform phlebotomy duties I nearly passed out. I have a phobia for needles. Guess they I am off that list.

well..
1st and foremost.. u should be on time.. at least 15 minutes before the scheduled interview..
2nd.. u should dress urself in a business attire.. u should be well groomed..
3rd... try as hard as u can not to be nervous..
4th.. be urself and don't pretend on something that u are not..
5th.. be confident.. sell urself.. show ur strengths.. highlight ur achievements...
lastly.. smile always and be courteous..
