My uncle has passed away....

So I found out this morning that my uncle has passed away we knew he wasn't going to make it to the end of the year and I am sad but knowing it was going to happen and already kinda going through a period of sadness before now that it has happen I have cried very little. Has anyone else had this happen where you already knew it was coming and so you cried and such before that when it does happen it has little affect on you? I know it will probaly hit home even more when I go to the funeral with the whole family there and my aunt I will probaly lose it then but right now I am ok, had some tears off and on but it hasn't been that bad. Of course now that I am writing this I am tearing up again.
