I've sat on both camels and elephants.
I'm an Indian basically from Kerala where there are lots of elephants. So, I have had an elephant ride on one of my trips to Thekkadi as a kid.
Since I was brought up in the Middle East (where there are lots of camels), I've also had a ride on a camel as a kid.
though I've experienced these rides as a child, I'm not a person who enjoys animal rides. I love watching them but not getting too close.

No I have never sat or ridden either a camel or an elephant sweetie88. The only elephants here in Australia are either in a zoo or perhaps a circus, so there isn't a chance for me to have a ride on one. There are camels, but they are not the friendliest of creatures and are in fact descendants of the camels first bought here last century by some Afghans who migrated to Australia. :)

No, never have. I think it would be fun though! I love animals. Elephants are so cool, but wouldn't want to clean up after one!

No, I have never had the pleasure to sit on a Camel or an Elephant. I have always thought it would be interesting to do so and to either ride around on them with no guidance, or to have someone be able to lead you around as well. These are both quite exotic animals and the people who get to ride on them have got to feel pretty good.

no,
Elephantidae (the elephants) is a family of pachyderm, and the only remaining family in the order Proboscidea in the class Mammalia. Elephantidae has three living species: the African Bush Elephant, the African Forest Elephant (until recently known collectively as the African Elephant), and the Asian Elephant (also known as the Indian Elephant). Other species have become extinct since the last ice age, which ended about 10,000 years ago.
Elephants are mammals, and the largest land animals alive today. The elephant's gestation period is 22 months, the longest of any land animal. At birth it is common for an elephant calf to weigh 120 kg (265 lb). An elephant may live as long as 70 years, sometimes longer. The largest elephant ever recorded was shot in Angola in 1956. It was male and weighed about 12,000 kg (26,400 lb).[1] The smallest elephants, about the size of a calf or a large pig, were a prehistoric variant that lived on the island of Crete until 5000 BC, possibly 3000 BC.
Elephants are increasingly threatened by human intrusion. Between 1970 and 1989, the African elephant population plunged from 1.3 million to about 600,000 in 1989; the current population is estimated to be between 400,000 and 660,000.[2] The elephant is now a protected species worldwide, placing restrictions on capture, domestic use, and trade in products such as ivory.

Yes, I have sat on camel many times. First time, I was a bit confuse. Later, I enjoyed sitting there. It was a fun. I'll never miss chance of sitting on the camel next time if I ever get. Don't be afraid you too! Just try once and you'll enjoy sitting there. I could never get chance of sitting on elephant so far.
