meditation

I am thinking about looking into meditation and I just wanted to see what the benefits are for the people who pratice it.

Meditation is good for your mind,body and soul.
Meditation help in so many ways.It has many
health benefits.Meditation can help to resolvs
the deepest of neuroses,fears and conflict which
play their part in cousing stress and ill health.

Best thing was the quietening of the mind. Mine doesn't stop. I also feel calmer and less reactive.

I have found that meditation has helped me in many ways. To begin with it helps me to relax when I get home after a busy day at work. I have also found that since I have been practicing meditation I have become a much calmer person, I am able to deal with stressful situations easier and I think it has made me more understanding and less judgemental of other people. On occasions taking time to meditate has also alleviated headaches and stomach cramps that I have been suffering with. I notice that you posted this question a while ago, have you started practicing meditation yet, if so how is it going?
