Walking daily

How much do u walk daily? Do u think it does help in keeping oneself fit both mentally and physically or something else is also required?

Walking is one of the best form of exercise. Unlike other form of exercise, you can do it anytime, any place and you don't have to spend for it. In addition, this is the only exercise that don't need medical advise. I myself walk daily for about 4 killometers, I guess. Let's have a healthy lifestype, do walking exercise.

Morning walk is a very good exercise for the health. I walk nearly 4 to 5 Kms daily.

i dont walk daily but when i do i go for hours i like going bush walking

Yes it is true walking daily is good for health.But one should walk daily is a park where environment is clean and you can clean and fresh air. I daily go to a walk or run in the morning for one hour.It keeps me fit.
