Primary School and Highschool should both be compulsory. As for college/university education, no, that's entirely up to the person. It wouldn't make sense for someone to spend a whole lot of money somewhere they don't want to be or won't use in the future.

Primary or elementary education must be compulsory. It should not be optional at all. Post school education may be made optional but not with primary or elementary school education. In its absence the nation may not have good citizens at all.

Yah, i think it is compulsory. It makes u mingle with the public and the people of u r age will be out there to help u and play with u. Apart from it, a lot of knowledge is also obtained.

Yes, Going to school should be compulsory.
Traditionally, Education and wisdom was tranferred from a teacher to a disciple through interactive lessons, through speech.
It was later when the ideas started getting lost that people started writing them down in text so as to pass on to the next generations.
Still, its the teachers that explain the students the concepts and clear their doubts and guide them to use those concepts for welfare rather than destruction.
If a person learns a concept from online course or a book and doesnot use it wisely he'll become a threat to the society.

Going to school at what age? If you are talking about college and beyond, then that should be optional, and in fact, it is. If you are talking about kindergarten through High School, then yes it should be mandatory. If not only because a person that young is not mature enough to make their own decision, then because it is the benefit of our economy to have qualified workers in the workforce.
