Piranhas

Anybody got or ever had pet piranhas.?
I would like them as pets but im guessing they would be incrediably difficult to look after and care for.Dangerous to so it may be illegal to actual own piranhas.Please tell me your storys if you have experience with piranhas they just amaze me as such strong creatures of the water and I wonder how a great white shark would fend if it ran into the little devils one day?

yeah ... tha's like red fin. red fin is like pacu. could have large body.

I dont have those fishes. I have a friend who has a fish tank with about 20 of them.

Is that 20 piranhas you speak of totally wicked do they attack each other and how big a tank has he got to keep 20 in?
WoW where he live also are they legal to have?

huh? weird. piranhas as pets? hahah.. but well, we all want to do something weird. but i can't imagine someone having piranhas at home. it's really difficult to take care of i think. but depends on how you manage about things. good luck1

I am not sure personally if I would want to own a Piranha. They just would be too dangerous for me to even consider wanting to even be around. Interesting choice though to ever consider as a Pet if you could own one.

no, i don't have. But i have red fin, the fish like piranha but nice.

Red fin cool never heard of them I going look them up now sound pretty cool I got tropical fish aquarium I think parrot fish are my most aggressive fish at moment.(Not exactly a piranha aye)But my parrot fish love munching spiders which is a laugh to watch,once I dropped a spider like size od a 50cent piece in and my parrot fish crunched it back in 1 mouthfull the sound was sickining.Do red fin feed like piranhas?My parrot fish eat anything like piranhas but they dont frenzy like them.
