is it safe to bittorrent?

Bittorrent seems to be very popular, although the use of it is fairly illegal (mostly). What is your suggestion, is it safe to download music or movies using it?

well, bittorent is powerful still danger for viruses, to make it safe, u should install anti virus like norton of mcafee and keep on updating. or u can find safe ste to download for legal, like download.com. they offer various new musics. even not so massive!!!!
