pain @ pregnancy

iv got two weeks left till this huge lump in my belly comes out and im scared anyone got hints for the pain?

well I had all 3 of mine by c-section and was given a spinal for that paralized me from the stomach down so i didnt fill a think except some tugging when they was getting ready to get her out.
