Yes, green vegetable keeps your stomac healthier too. All nutrition you will get from green vegetables and you fat will not increase if you everyday take it. Also some green root vegetable can be eat raw as Salad and some bit also. In our country more than 60 types of vegetables available. Pumkin leaf also a vegetable - do you eat it?

Of course. Your body needs vegetables to take advantage of their healthy benefits. So many of the foods we eat are processed and have little or no nutritional value. That is why we have a big problem here with obesity. The body keeps craving those nutrients, so we keep eating more, yet the foods we eat have hardly any nutrients in them. We end up eating more and more to satisfy the craving and all of a sudden we're fat, and sick from eating all those bad foods.

I disliked vegetables when I was young because I thought they tasted bitter and bland. Eversince I was educated on their nutritional value, I feel guilty if I don't see greens in my lunch or dinner. When I eat out, I always ask for extra servings of them. I started my kids on green vegetables early too.
