Should Ganguly be plaing in World Cup?

I used to be a big fan of Saurav Ganguli. please let me know does he deserve to play coming world cup, If yes then why ? (in keeping that in mind that he is not performing well from last couple of years) and if no then why? (in keeping that in mind that he is the most productive and successful captain in Indian history). Thanks.
