Honey, hang in there. Please see a doctors for medication or a therapist. Everyone has problem and we all need someone to talk to,sometimes that helps. Just remember your never alone and if you ever need a shoulder to cry on just write to me i will listen and try to help.I'm not a doctor but i care about people and i believe what goes around comes around. There is always an answer for any kind of problem it might not be what we want to hear but things have a way of working out.

Its hard to comment here. by the way I am alot pressured now a days. Like a friend of mine, her overdue to me as dealer of lingerie is a huge problem to me. I need to remit the money and the owner is pressuring me not only pressuring but threathening me as well. If not she will file me a case of stafa. My God! I donnu what to do. I went to her house but she's not facing me. She made so many allby for not seeing me. I don't have money too to cover her damages. My hubby get mad. What I want at this time is moral support to those people near with me. But no ones care for me. ;((

Depression - Depression - Understand it, Treat it, Beat it
To avoid depression, one of the best things a woman can do may be to build a strong supportive network. Feeling loved, cared for, and being well integrated in positive social groups protects women against future depression, says Kenneth Kendler, MD, in a news release.

you if u suffering from any thing there muct be any cause behind it whther it is phsical illness or mental disturbness. Depression comes thorugh daily stress either from your job or from daily routine. to get rid of depression just analyze your daily routine and just get rid of that thing which bother you some. for mental relaxment give time yourself. pamper your mind through meditation and little bit yoga. enjoy music and took warm bath. go to spa and enjoy yourtime with your ownself. in the end you will noticed that you feel full of energy and relax.

dear please hang in there. My father suffered from depression and I know how futile the world seems to you right now.Cry if you need to,vent it out.No matter how mean people seem to you now,it will pass. everything good or bad is always momentry,so wait for the tide to turn.call in legal help if that women is not paying you,why are you being good to her-tell owner to call in police if she is avoiding you or call them, yourself.Do you have recipt of her purchase from you? find out there must be a way out of it-its just that you can not think clearly.Take the owner to her home if need arises. For more help go to this forum,I am not an affilate or anything-I write my journal over there and people are really nice -they try and cheer you up.Try it I like the feel of the place may be you will find like minded people too there. http://www.dailystrength.org/

I started to take St. John's wart and it seems to help me a lot. It takes awhile for it to start working.
