i have an sony HC-23 and it pretty good, but i never tried any other ones, so don't know if it's the best.
but i'm satisfied with the one i have. it has lots of options
if ur going with the picture quality the sony is the best but i am not satisfied with the battery backup but i have heard that the new ones are really good both in terms of pic quality and battery backup so i think u should go for one
