Have you ever donated your blood?

No, but I would if I could. I take medications every day, and am not eligible.

I have donated blood 4-5 times and find it a safe experience even though I am quite thin built. It's not painful except when they put in the needle (lasts less than a second!) and doesnt make you weak unless you havent eaten at all for a few hours. All the times I took rest for 20 minutes had some coffee and snacks and went back to work within an hour and had no problems. Some people do find it a little painful and occasionally faint, but this can be prevented by making sure that you have had something to eat and drink a good amount of fluids. You need to relax and have a friend with you so you are not tense. Trust me - the experience is awesome and you can save someones life; worth the little pain you feel!!

i never ever donated blood to anyone .actually i am afraid of donating blood.
