I feel like sneezing all the time for a week now! Is it allergy?

Since the weather here its drop to 40's at night and 70's at day, I have this congestion in my nose and light headache. It does not go away. I took some comtrex but it did help at all. What do you think should I get from over the counter?
Do you have the same experiences?
I hate this feeling specially when I am working around with sick people. Any suggestion?

Well i have a cold right now coughing , sneezing, running nose, slight headache ahh it sucks i took some Tyelonl serve allergy last night it has helped a little but it makes me drowsy so i take it at night time!! Have you tried any benadryl??
