House or apartment?

I think a house is better to live in than an apartment..there are negatives to it..your expenses in a house are bigger and the maitnance is higher...mowing the lawn,showling the snow..etc. so there are pros and cons..

I prefer a house. Houses usually come with gardens, and in a house you usually can't hear the neighbours playing loud music late at night they way you can in an apartment!

At this stage in my life I prefer a house because of the benefits of privacy, space, and its value is increasing over time. However, it does have its drawbacks: every time something breaks I have to fix it or hire someone to fix it. I have to mow the grass and keep it tidy myself. People who live in apartments can just call the maintenance department for all of this.
